The history of Joe's Gomila Boutique Hotel dates back to the 1960s. At that time, the best-known bar in Palma was situated where our hotel is today: Joe’s de Don Pep, the king of Dry Martini. In the famous “Sa Placeta” bar, you could always find familiar faces.
